Our Story
Contractors Demo is a family owned, bonded, and insured contracting company serving South-East Michigan. For nearly two decades our team has been working diligently to hone their craft, building expert products with over one-hundred combined years of skill. We didn't start off as the top spot for contract work, though. In truth, we come from humble beginnings.
In late 2007, Michael, the owner, celebrated his tenth year milestone with a top construction company in South-East Michigan. Earning the title of Foreman just two years prior, Michael had worked his way up the ladder starting as a freshly trained day laborer in 1997. That same year, Samantha, his wife and future business partner, had just completed her degree in business. With nothing but hope between them, they combined Michael's expertise and Samantha's business acumen and turned their dreams into reality.
At first things started rough, but Michael and Samantha stuck with it winning over client after client. By 2009, Contractors Demo had become a reliable name serving the Metro-Detroit area. Just one year later, Michael and Samantha hired Frank as foreman and the core team has been unstoppable since!
With dozens of satisfied clients, Contractors Demo has expanded to include a team of over 15 different contractors working in unison across three counties: Washtenaw, Wayne, and Macomb. Despite this success, Contractors Demo has continued to remain true to their humble roots—focusing on ensuring client satisfaction above all else.
